Mr. Robinette is an associate in Freundlich & Littman’s Litigation department, focusing his practice on all areas of personal injury and commercial litigation. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Robinette earned his Juris Doctorate in 2014 from Villanova University School of Law, where he was a member of both the Moot Court Board and the Trial Team.
Mr. Robinette has had extensive litigation experience and was selected as a Super Lawyer in 2020. In 2021, he was the recipient of the Bradbury Sullivan LGBT Center’s Community Leadership Award, one of four recipients, for his pro bono work with the Center’s legal clinic and representing victims of discrimination.
Mr. Robinette earned his Bachelor’s degree from Duke University. While at Duke, Mr. Robinette graduated Summa Cum Laude and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
