Biography

Lance M. Sacknoff is a civil trial attorney currently representing clients in Pennsylvania. Known for his compassion and calm demeanor, Lance focuses his practice on helping clients with severe injuries, commercial litigation, data privacy and security, trademarks and business formation.  Prior to joining Freundlich & Littman, Lance worked as a litigator defending insurance companies, giving him a unique perspective and insight on how to best present a case.

Lance earned his juris doctor at Pennsylvania State University Dickinson Law, with an additional academic certification in Entrepreneurial Law: Intellectual Property & Technology. During law school, he worked as a legal extern for the Office of State Inspector General and as a clerk for a wills, trusts, and estates firm. 

Prior to pursuing a career as an attorney, Lance taught as an English professor for nearly six years, during which time he published several academic articles and a book. He earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Pittsburgh, master’s degree at Iowa State University (graduating with distinction), and completed doctoral coursework at the University of Arizona.  Lance’s favorite book is The Lord of The Rings, which was the topic of his Master’s Thesis.
